Quality Inn & Suites Downtown Walla Walla

The coffee was terrible during breakfast.

Location: the hotel was so close to downtown, the freeway and Walla Walla. The room was brand-new and neat and offered TV set, a microwave and a fridge.

Really enjoyed our stay in this place. Our room was updated and neat on the upper floors. The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating day and night. Also, location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, just a short walk away from Browne Family Vineyards.

pleasant stay with some room for improvement

The breakfast options exceeded my expectations. The food items stayed fresh throughout my stay. The location was convenient, offering easy access to the local attractions and a fantastic steakhouse right next door.

The air conditioner in the room was noisy.

The entire hotel smelled of old cigarettes and dirty dogs. It was disgusting and we could hardly walk in the halls without gaging.

This hotel is located close to downtown Walla Walla and easy to find as you arrive in town. The rooms are comfortable and clean and often the promotional rates make staying here a good value, compared to other local hotels of similar caliber. We found that, despite warnings to avoid first floor rooms due to noise from upstairs guests that our room was very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked.

The "free" breakfast is nothing more than the basic, uninspired fare typical of many hotels, but there are good bakeries in town which present alternative breakfast choices without blowing the budget.

Stay enjoyable despite the owner's demeanor. The room felt a bit neglected, and the hot water was unexpectedly turned off. Nonetheless, the housekeeping staff was helpful was nice.

Small rooms. Needs some more inner design help. More patio or possible picnic areas.

The La Quinta Inn Walla Walla is not a fancy motel, but we were treated well and the room was priced very competitively. Check-in was very quick, staff honored my request for a non-basement floor room and the room was clean and comfortable. The included breakfast was the expected uninspired breads, make-your-own-waffle and cereals, with sweetened juices, terrible coffee and cheap teas (all accompanied by large-screen tv news broadcast). On the plus side, the inn is easy to find, close to downtown and extremely straightforward in its presentation.

The golf course and laundry facilities were a huge plus for our family. Clean room with new tile and paint was also nice.

Felt like home care, nothing to complain about.

The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff were very nice. They had mixed up our reservation,but apologized and did all they could to adjust. The hotel comes off as a little "crusty" and simplistic in it's decor,a little worn. But clean and comfortable bed and all very adequate. We were just staying one night and it was just fine for that. The value for money at $79/night was excellent.

The stay was very nice. Food was great.

I booked the room for $66.76 and was charged $79.00, which is the basic rate. I'm not too happy about that.

We loved the indoor pool and the cozy sun terrace where we could relax after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, the coffee in the morning could be better, but overall, we really enjoyed our visit ☕

This place suits me perfectly! I love the free wi-fi, indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff once helped me find a great local food delivery service, which I appreciated. Always enjoyable, I'll be back for another city trip!

When we moved into room 121 it was fine. After we returned from a 3 hour visit out of town, we discovered the toilet over flowing into the adjoining room, and out into the hall way. We called the desk and Heather assigned us room 111. My wife's shoes were soaked, an electronic game laying next to the toilet was destroyed, and we were stressed to say the least. Heather was unable to help us move because she was alone and had to clean the room and manage the motel all by herself. I asked to speak to the manger, and was told that she was unavailable. The next morning Heather stated that the manager had authorized her to refund our money for our stay. Again I asked to speak the manager, the manager didn't call me. I asked for the cooperation head quarters telephone number, and the staff on duty were unable to pervide the number. This was the most disappointing motel stay we have ever had, regardless of price. I have traveled the world durning 23 years in the military, and as a correctional employee for 25 years after that. Thanks for letting me vent. Preston Hall
